B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and almonds
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - small chef salad and small bag of chips
D - bacon wrapped shrimp (Hubby's request)
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches:
iron: stopped
evening batch: done
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
stairs

It was a busy day yesterday for me, but I got through it, it is really hard to go to work when you don't want to. And it was a real struggle for me, I was feeling really lazy. Hopefully that mood has passed for today. I don't have to work today, thank God for his blessings.

Bites:

2 coffee with creamer

1/2 banana

eggs on toast and a protein shake

cereal and milk

noodles and ham

popcorn

fish and chips for supper out of a box and into the oven canned fruit

ice cream

few cheezies

Vites: just started

Exercites: undecided, having a really hard time getting refocused on doing something again, I start the month strong then die out by mid-month.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
