Hello folks, I am headed out of town today to help out a business on its 20th anniversary. So my day will not be able to be tracked til I get back, it is a thing where I have to leave early in the morning and won't be back til later this evening. So if I don't get back here today I will catch it up tomorrow morning.

I'm back from my day trip

Bites:

cereal and glass of milk

1/2 banana

1 coffee with creamer

1/2 a meat sandwich

2 muffins with butter

cheese

fruit dipped in chocolate fountain

hamburger on a bun

chips small bag and a few cheezies and diet pop

That's pretty much it folks

this was all throughout the day, it was a good day just long, and now my grandkids are headed here for the long weekend. Pray for me I need some rest and how I am going to do that with 3 kids I do not know. lol

Vites: all in

Exercites: walking a lot

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Our Keurig bit the dust. Thankfully it happened after my 2nd cup of coffee.
Thursday bites:
Decaf protein coffee
Turkey bacon
Cheddar cheese stick
Buffalo chicken sandwich minus the roll
Few fries
Donut
Decaf iced protein coffee
Chicken tenders
Potato salad
Protein shake w/ 2 pumps raspberry
Vites: fell asleep before taking bedtime batch. Grrrrr
Fluids: 80 oz.
