Well once again another day, and the weather here is wonderful to, Noreen. Glad I wasn't stuck in traffic though.

1 english muffin, cheese whiz and yogurt and shake

chocolate bar
Chinese food supper
a few munchy things at a friends graduation, finger type foods.
Vites: just started them for the day.
Exercites: I honestly have no idea. Its turning into an unproductive exercise week at this rate.

Maybe I shouldn't have posted about traffic yesterday. This morning my commute was extended by 20 minutes. Saw a car smashed up. Tonight it took 35 minutes to travel 3 miles. Car pile up. Feel Bad for the injured people.

I think with the warmer temps and brighter mornings and afternoons, people are going too fast and are a little more distracted.
