Hello folks, well another day another dollar, good old saying for me today, I shall go forth and earn some money today. lol back to work for me.

Gina - 3 protein coffees, you go girl, I would like to increase my protein shakes to 2 a day, but I am having a hard time fitting it in, changing things up it proving to be harder that first thought.

Bites:

2 coffee with creamer

1/2 english muffin, yogurt and protein shake

sandwich and pudding

chips and chocolate bar - stretched out throughout the afternoon

porkchop, potato and carrots

ice cream

I will edit at the end of the day

Vites: haven't even started for the day, I seem to have done them up wrong this month, so I have to sort out the container each time I need to take my pills, pain in the butt.

Exercites: hoping for aquafit tonight - went but the instructor was sick, so no class. So I did nothing.

So have a wonderful day everyone, and see you back here tomorrow.

Susan

I am reading your post as I'm pre op for the DS as my step two process what exactly are you eating? I need to know what a typical day of food is for DS'ers. Do you organize your vitamins in a container and take daily? Do you mix them in shakes. I just don't know what I'm getting into diet wise. I am seeing conflicts. Help!

I use one of those big monthly vitamin sorter/containers and sort vitamins for a big morning and evening batch of vitamins. I also sort out a months worth of additional calcium batches I take at work during the day. Almost all my vitamins are capsules and the fat soluble ones like vitamins E, A, K, and D are in dry form. I order from Vitalady or Bio-Tech Pharmacal. Sometimes Amazon carries the Bio-Tech brand. Vitalady has a starter recommendation regimen for DSrs. I use her recommendations and adjust according to my labs and my doc's advice.
