Happy Monday Folks,
I am staying undercover today, I am taking the day off work, I am going to have a relaxing day, fit in some exercise and get my meal plans back on track for the week. So I guess I will go shopping for groceries to.
Bites:
2 coffee with creamer
yogurt and 1/2 english muffin with jam with my shake - maybe all together or stretched out through the mornin
sandwich and glass of chocolate milk
small bag of chips
few cheezies and pop with scrabble
fish and rice with a veggie for supper with milk
ice cream
** I still have some chocolate strawberries to eat today, my guess is around 5 so I will try to get them done today.
Vites: just started
Exercites: I will report that this evening, hoping for aquafit today but to early to say.
