Well it is actually Sunday here, but forgot to check in yesterday, but I was out last night to supper and a concert for Mother's Day with my hubby.
Bites:
1/2 banana
2 coffee with creamer
cereal and protein shake
cheezies and diet pop
meat sandwich
popcorn
buffet type supper, fish, pork, rice, scalloped potato, that type of stuff and a small piece of lemon cake for dessert. It was very good
Vites: all in
Exercites: nothing, day off.
That was my Saturday, now let Sunday begin, out to brunch with my son. Happy Mother's Day ladies
