This may be late but I still want to do it. Lets check how good my memory is. I'm a day late
Bites:
2 coffee with creamer
a whole banana
cereal and a protein shake
muffin
slice of pizza
grapes
ice cream cone
small rice krispy square
3 cookies
small amount of mac and cheese
Vites: all done
Exercites: walking, I had to work two jobs and I had to do some walking, so that is what I will count, truly not much but I will take what I can get for yesterday.
So not really a good eating day, and I am glad it is over. Felt really full all day but ate out of restlessness I think.
