Hello folks,
Another hot one here today but windy, so that kind of sucked.
Bites:
2 coffee with creamer
2 poached eggs on toast
protein shake
meat sandwich/ pudding
grapes
1 cookie
lunchable - they are all gone now and I am tired of them anyway.
leftover chicken and mac
banana split
Vites: still have to do bedtime
Exercites: nothing today, my ankle is sore, not sure why - but hopefully I will do something tomorrow.
