Hello folks, another wonderful weather here, so I took myself for a bike ride, I am so happy I fit that in today.

Bites:

coffee with creamer

2 poached eggs on a slice of toast

protein shake and yogurt

3 cookies

peanuts

evil white cinnamon bun for lunch- gas and bloating and rolling stomach - I think I will live lol

lunchables - crackers, meat, cheese and a mini bar

chicken, potatoes and cream corn and a glass of milk

Vites: still waiting for the bedtime ones

Exercites: bike ride in the sunshine, got in a bit of vit d

I am feeling tired I've been busy working and it has caught up to me, so early to bed tonight.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
