Happy Tuesday Folks,

This is the plan and I will edit tonight on what changes. I am finding it easier to get the plan in and just edit the next morning and I am really happy that I am back. Good to see you still here Noreen. I love keeping track of you to and Gina. You women are awesome.

Plan for today.....

2 coffee with creamer

1/2 banana

cereal and shake

yogurt

1/2 a sandwich

lunchables

fruit snack

meatballs and macaroni and salad

Vites: lots to go just had breakfasts

Exercites: I will pass today overdid it last night.

Getting my hair done tonight, new cut and color, soooo excited for a spring makeover

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Hello everyone. Here's my damage for the day.

Cheddar cheese
Turkey bacon
Decaf protein coffee
Toppings of 1 slice of sausage-pepperoni pizza
Few Fritos
Mini carrots
Lebanon bologna
Greek yogurt w/pineapple
Tempura dipped Oreo cookie. Novelty. Wasn't worth the carbs
2 all beef hot dogs, 1/2 a bun
Baked beans
4 steak fries
Protein shake w/ 2 pumps raspberry
Vites: all in
Fluids: 90 oz.
