today the plan is.....
Bites:
1 coffee with creamer
bowl of cereal with 1/2 banana and a protein shake
sandwich and yogurt
hot turkey sandwich and fries - restaurant
Vites: still lots to do today
Exercites: aquafit tonight 2 classes and lane swim with a friend
That is how this part of my day looks, I am busy this afternoon but I should get everything in. I will edit tonight if something changes.
