Well a beautiful day today and had a great time bowling last night.
and so still struggling with making up my food plan in the morning then sticking to it. I kind of decide as the day goes on what I am going to have
Bites:
small banana
coffee with creamer
shake
2 poached eggs on a slice of toast
cheese grilled sandwich
yogurt
lunchable snack
unsure about supper I do have farmer sausage out but it is to hot and I'm not really hungry and supper time is in the next hour.
Exercites: day off, my body is will my legs are sore
Vites: still have supper and bedtime to go, but it is going will.
