Hello Folks, we are having a beautiful day here in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan Canada. The sun is shining and the day looks wonderful ahead.

Bites:

Shake

2 poached eggs on a slice of toast

1/2 an apple

yogurt

hamburger, hubby bbq

lunchable

2 cookies

not sure at this point

Vites: just started for the day

Excercites: going bowling tonight with hubbys work so may do something else but that is what is planned as of now.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
