Hello Folks, I usually put in my food log in the morning and that way my food is planned for the day, but today I did not have a plan.
Bites:
1/2 banana
1 coffee with creamer
chocolate shake - new kind very thick and sweet, had to add more milk
2 poached eggs on a slice of toast and 1/4 tomato
garden salad and a sandwich meat sandwich
yogurt
handful of cheezies
pork chop and some potato that was cooked on the bbq to
day 4 of no pop, and watching what I eat, I feel good about today. No stomach bloating, feels good.
Exercites: 45 min workout with my trainer. It was hard, I was lifting 20 and 25lb wts, I really am shocked. lol
Vites: still have bedtime to do and I have decided to cut back on my iron, and just take two a day instead of three. We will see how that goes.
