Hello folks,

today on the menu is .....

1/2 banana

protein shake

2 eggs on toast

yogurt

chicken, mandarin salad

protein shake

lunchables- 8 small crackers, 8 little round pieces of turkey and cheese, and a mini bar

smokie

perogy/ sour cream

salad

Pills still in progress

and 50 min of aquafit today

Feeling good, rainy and dull weather here so tired this afternoon.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
