This is the plan and so far the follow through has been good. Just supper left to have.
Bites:
1/2 banana
protein shake
2 egg omelet and 1 slice toast
yogurt
bologna sandwich with cheese, tomato, and onion
glass of milk
fish fillet
rice
salad
small bowl of canned fruit
milk
Still working on meds
45 min aquafit program with a friend
