iron: stopped
evening batch:
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
stairs and leaning push-ups

Turkey bacon

Jelly donut
Chinese take out: inside of steamed pork dumplings, and beef teriyaki sticks
Mini Hershey's bar & Whoppers
Decaf protein iced coffee
Chicken parm
Handful of popcorn
Protein shake W/ 1 pump raspberry & fizzy seltzer water
Vites: all in
Fluids: 80 oz.
