evening batch:
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
stairs and leaning push-ups

Tuesday bites:
Decaf protein coffee
Turkey bacon
Cheese stick
Decaf protein coffee
Salad with leftover brisket, hard boiled egg, cheese, roasted peppers, carrots, oil/vinegar dressing
1/2 apple fritter
Decaf protein iced coffee
Corned beef hash w/ fried egg on top
Toasted Mini croissant w/ loads of butter, peanut butter & a little honey
Protein shake w/ almond milk, 1 pump raspberry
Vites: all in
Fluids: 90 oz.
