Protein drinks/shakes

I am 15 years Post Op RNY have tried every

protein drink there is. My favorite now is

Rockin Refuel available at Winn Dixie,

Publix and other outlets. Chocolate and Vanilla

190 calories low carbs and sugar. 12 oz. 30

grams of protein. Get really cold just like a

milkshake!

Vitalady used to sell samples. You might look at her website. I also think I heard GNC might do that. Not sure on that one anymore.

I forgot. A lot of people like Syntrax Nectar and people offer sample packs of those. They are too sweet for me on a regular basis but I use them once in a while. I saw several sample packs on Google and her e is the link to one. I haven't bought from here just an example:

I like the chocolate premier shakes and Quest shakes. If you have a GNC by you - they let you return any protein you don't like. Sometimes it takes a few trials before finding one you like and they let you return it even after you've tried it!

You can also get chicken and vegetable flavors, you can't make them hot but you can get them warm enough to make a comforting broth and still have the high protein.
