Hate just sitting all day. I got to get up and move around.
Today's bites:
Decaf protein coffee
Turkey bacon
Cheddar cheese
Decaf protein coffee
Few onion rings
Few steak fries
Chicken cutlet w/ roasted peppers & provolone cheese
Mini Butterfingers
Decaf protein iced coffee
Dinner at Bob Evans: candied bacon
Fried egg
1/2 piece of rye toast overly buttered
Cookie
Protein shake w/ 1 pump raspberry
Vites: missed late afternoon batch (travel day) all else in
Fluids: 90 oz.
