B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries

L - protein shake (30g)
S - Babybel cheese round
D - gluten free spaghetti w/ground beef and marinara sauce and a small salad
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: stopped for labs on Saturday
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
walking and stairs

Too many carbs today. I was trying to be somewhat accountable at least until Sunday. 

Decaf protein coffee
Turkey bacon
Cookies
1/2 fried egg, cheese & scrapple on rye
Mini carrots
Slice of chocolate dipped pineapple
1/2 donut
Decaf protein coffee
Couple of bites of dinner: roast beef, mashed potatoes. Went to wrap a gift and the cat made off with the roast beef.
Decaf protein coffee
Vites: all in
Fluids: 90 oz.
