Today is the 2nd day we wear jeans to work and decorate our areas-I'm counting this as exercise today.

Pre-B - 2 protein coffees (60g), bullet proof with coconut oil
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - chef salad
S - CarbSmart ice cream

walking and stairs
