L: cheese burger, small fries
D: Home made chicken soup, slice of meat loaf..
S: Pint of ice cream
I'll probably eat some more soup in a bit. I really need to go buy more low carb ice cream. The pint of ice cream is awesome...but it's almost 400 calories more a pint then the low carb version.

I would love to see another carb-craze at the grocery store. Many of our low carb choices aren't around any more. {sigh}
