S - popcorn
D - fish nuggets and coleslaw
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
walking, stairs and a few leaning push-ups

B: 3 Eggs on a low carb tortilla
L: 1/2 a burger on a bun (blahhhhhh...it was yucky...i threw the rest away)
D: Mexican dinner out: chicken and shrimp fajitas, flour tortillas, sour cream. Lots of tortilla chips and salsa. Mmmmm mmmmm good
S: Pint of regular ice cream (blue bell has a new flavor called camo- it's pistachio, chocolate, and cream cheese ice cream....OMG SO GOOD!)
S: Chicken soup
S: 2 chocolate cherry cordials.

Today was a full carb day....tomorrow will be too. Then back to the gym and such on Wed. Shaking it up a bit.
