How was the bagel? That is an odd combo...but I've heard people that like eggs and sausage on cinn. Rasin bagels.

I'm not normally a sweet & savoy gal, but this was really good.

Sounds really good and a great way to have a few carbs but not too many.

I've been thinking about trying yoga or a stretching class at the very least. I know I'm at the age where I need something to improve my muscle tone and maintain what little flexibility I have left.

It makes so much of a difference in flexibility....I didn't realize how tight my muscles have become until I went back to doing yoga once a week. If you are a member of Gold's Gym, they have a class called "body flow". It's a combo of Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates.....a really good work out for a 50 minute class.

If you go the more traditional route, find an instructor that rotates the routine, otherwise it becomes boring ...and you don't get as much out of it.
