calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
walking, stairs, and leaning push-ups

B: Eggs and cheese on a low carb tortilla
S: Atkins Bar
S: Snack pack wtih apples, grapes, egg, cheese, and nuts
L: Salad with chicken
D: BBQ (Brisket, turkey, potato salad, and cole slaw)
S: Atkins bar

I'm just going to be looking for something sweet in a bit.....maybe a peanut butter and splenda jelly on a low carb tortilla.
