S - regular coffees
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - appropriately buttered snack-size popcorn
D - fish and coleslaw
S - Greek yogurt or CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches:

evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
walking and stairs

Breakfast: 2 eggs with cheese on a low carb tortilla
Snack: cheese, carrots, apple slices, almonds
Lunch: Soup Chicken tortilla soup and salad
Snack: 2 cheese sticks, banana, hand full of starbursts and jolly ranchers
Dinner: Beef Stew and corn
Snack 1/2 a tortilla with peanut butter and sugar free jelly.

I'm still hungry. I had a turkey sandwich that I brought with me to work but I didn't eat it. I really wish I stopped on the way home for some low carb ice cream! I want something sweet, but don't want to eat the carbs. So i'll probably make a sandwich or a salad.

CarbSmart ice cream is definitely a lifesaver sometimes. Just sweet enough...
