I did have the day off but had a doctor's appointment. The good thing was I weighed 1 pound less than last year, but my shape sure has changed since sitting at a desk all day. I really need to find a way to stand to work at the computer.

B: 2 eggs with cheese on a low carb tortilla
S: Cheese, apple slices, carrots, almonds
L: Meatball sub...only 1/2 the bread, and some potato salad and a cookie. (It was a stressful day-hence the cookie).
S: a few jolly ranchers
S: Cheddar cheese
D: BBQ chicken and salad
S: Low carb tortilla with Banana, peanut butter and splenda jelly
I'll probably have more chicken before I go to bed or more almonds.
I did work out today again: Today I did legs!
