Switched the closet from summer to fall/winter clothes. This always depresses me.

I went to the gym for the first time in years! WOW that was hard, but I'm glad I did it.
B: 3 eggs with cheese on a low carb tortilla
S: Apple
S2: Atkins bar
S3: Amonds
L: 6 piece nuggets small fries, apple slices
S: Salad with chicken
S: 5 slices of hard salami with sharp cheddar cheese
D: Hamburger with cheese (no bun) and grape tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of home made mac and cheese
S Cup of cottage cheese
S: Salad with chicken
S :almonds, atkins bar, sharp cheddar cheese
S: Low carb tortilla, peanut butter, banana slices
