So, we are cutting back on the 1/2 & 1/2 for hubby's fatty liver, so I have to add more "appropriately" buttered things. So far, it's popcorn but I may have to give bulletproof coffee a try.

Wow I'm looking at what you guys are eating and I feel that I eat way too much! This is my weight loss mode:

Breakfast: 3 eggs and cheese on a low carb flatbread and a large coke zero followed by a water with Vitamin C drink mix added to it.
Snack 1: Apple
Snack 2: Hard salami and cheese with a few crackers
Snack 3: atkins bar
Snack 4: Prepackaged (apple slices, cheese, almonds, carrots)
Lunch: BBQ chicken and sharp cheddar cheeses cubes over a salad
Lunch 2: Peanut butter and splenda Jelly on a low carb tortilla with sliced banana
Snack: 1 cup of cottage cheese
Dinner: 2 bacon burgers (the microwaved ones)
Dessert: Pint of Halo Ice Cream Mocha chocolate chip(This stuff is AWESOME-it is low carb ice cream that tastes like ice cream)
Dinner 2: BBQ chicken on a low carb tortilla with lettuce
Lots and lots of water.

I did my morning batch and evening batch (i only take vits twice a day except on the days I get up early enough to take iron).

I haven't exercised in years.....although I did join a gym today...that was my new years resolution (to start working out again)....it only took me 10 months to do! I have my first appointment with a personal trainer this week...so hopefully he can get my workouts back on track. Once I get started I know I'll be ok.

I was really good about working out during the first 5 years post op. I'm hoping I can get back into it. I'm mostly looking to do yoga classes so that I can increase my flexibility.
