S - regular coffees
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts or snack-size bag of popcorn
L - protein shake (30g), salad, or white chicken chili
S - peanuts or snack-size popcorn
D - chicken thigh w/maranara sauce and cheese
S - Greek yogurt or CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
walking, squats, and leaning push-ups

Broke a temporary crown. Seeing the dentist tomorrow. Thankfully it does not hurt.

Hi guys,
The only things that went according to plan were the push-ups, squats and walking. Food was a bust as I was working from home. {sigh}
