Pre-B - 2 protein coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 (30g)
S - regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts or snack-size bag of popcorn
L - protein shake (30g) or a bowl of chili
S - peanuts or snack-size popcorn
D - leftovers
S - Greek yogurt or CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
walking and stairs at work

GF just sent me pics of the sky where hurricane Hermine is expected to land. Ominous and scary looking clouds.

Thursday bites:
Decaf protein coffee
Turkey bacon
Decaf protein iced coffee
Taco Bell taco salad- left the rice and most of the shell behind
4 Hershey's kisses
Decaf protein iced coffee
Cheesy scrambles eggs w/ ham
Small dinner roll. Toasted & appropriately buttered
Greek yogurt
Vites: all in
Fluids: 100 oz.

I had some of the best taco salads while I was in Colorado...just hit the little Mom & Pop restaurants. Yum!
