S - regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts or snack-size bag of popcorn
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts or snack-size popcorn
D - fish nuggets and salad
S - Greek yogurt or CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
walking and stairs at work

Great day at work. Everyone is either on vacation, ortook the day off. Yay me! Nice and quiet.

Decaf protein coffee
Turkey bacon
Cheese stick
Decaf protein coffee
Salami & Swiss cheese roll ups
Pickle
Fritos
Mini carrots
Mini cupcake -no icing
Decaf protein coffee
Fish portions (Mrs Paul's)
Steak fries
Lettuce & tomato salad
Small scoop of ice cream
Vites: all in
Fluids: 90 oz.

Same here. It was way too quiet at work. They were all home trying to recover from jet lag.  lol
