Pre-B - 2 protein coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 (60g)
S - regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - leftover BBQ ribs and green beans
S - Greek yogurt

morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
walking and stairs
