Can't believe it's July 1st already!

Decaf protein coffee
Thick cut real bacon (ate the entire pkg over several hrs)
Decaf protein iced coffee
M&Ms
2 soft boiled eggs
1 slice of appropriately buttered rye toast
3 chocolates
Small 1" x 4" strip of cheese Danish
Decaf protein coffee
Vites: missed afternoon batch
Fluids: 80-90 oz. lost count

I think I've forgotten how to eat soft boiled eggs. I remember when I was a kid having the little egg cups and slicing off the top off a boiled egg but they couldn't have been too soft boiled or they would have been too messy.

My mom always scooped the egg  into a bowl. She would tear up buttered toast and add To the bowl. sometimes add meat, like ham or bacon.  Smooch it all together. Yum!!
