In a class all week but having to walk to and from the subway.

Happy Friday everyone,
I had the ultrasound done and it showed a large amount of gas just sitting in my stomach so now I have to wait to see what my dr wants to do next, he put me on meds that are suppose to help with gas, but we will see.
Had a road trip yesterday to visit my grandkids and my nephew so my eating is what it is
Bites
Protein shake
1/2 meat sandwich and a few fries - restaurant
1 piece of chicken and few fries - kfc
ice cream cone and a pop
Vites: all in
Exercites: just playing with the kids, really not alot.
