Duodenal switch with Dr. Wilhelmy?

Hello, I have been reading these posts for awhile now. I am looking into having DS surgery in Mexico. I have been speaking with Nina at Mexicali, and she stated that Dr. Wilhelmy would perform my DS. From what I have been reading, it appears he is an expert for the sleeve, but I find extremely little information about the DS with him. Anyone have a DS with him? Thx

I've never heard of him.  I would ask several questions:

• Who taught him to do the DS (in Mexicali, if it's not Dr. Gilberto Ungson, walk away)?
• Will it be a true DS or one of the new hybrids out there (SIPS, SADI)?
  There are an alarming number of surgeons who never did a real DS before that are now doing these hybrids, and finding a doc back home to support you after the fact with one of these will be very difficult.
