Pre-B - 2 protein coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 (60g)
S - regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - salad protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - TBD-Hubby is cooking...Lo mein garlic chicken dinner thingie
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
In a class all week but having to walk to and from the subway.

3 days down and 2 to go! I will be so glad when this class I'm in is over, this commuting into DC and back is pure craziness.
