D - TBD-Hubby is cooking

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
In a class all week but having to walk to and from subway .

Happy Monday everyone.

Just finished a few graveyard shifts so I'm ready to get back on track, which is easier said then done, I am finding my eating pattern to be really off the last week, interesting noticing for me.

Bites: for Sunday

2 coffee with creamer

2 poached eggs, bacon and hashbrowns, with 1/2 slice of toast

one glass of diet pop and some cheezies - had a game of scrabble with hubby

protein shake and yogurt and berries

small bowl of ice cream with a small piece of cake/pudding stuff

Vites: all in - and bought some probiotics and started them

Exercites: shopping - over 1/2 hour walking, I think it was more but that is all my phone recorded

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

L - Gyro Greek salad
S - 1 Babybel cheese
D - TBD-Hubby is cooking--chicken pad thai noodly thingie
S - fresh salsa and nachos
