I haven't and wouldn't. It is a fad diet, just like all the others. If it worked nobody would be morbidly obese. Plus, it is a multilevel marketing scam which, in itself, is bad.

I agree with Holly Kim. I looked it up as I had never heard of it, and yes, it's yet another concoction devised to separate overweight people from their hard earned money. It's supposed to be drunk before meals to reduce cravings. Hah! If that worked we would all be thin. There have been so many other products you ate or drank 30 minutes before meals, and yet, here we are. The article I found on it, which was supposed to be positive about it, also mentioned that it's expensive (surprise!) and that while data regarding efficacy is "mentioned", it is nowhere to be found.

save your money. Eat your protein and fat, cut back on carbs if you want to lose more weight. Or, be happy where you are! But don't contribute to the 1 billion/year diet product industry.

I am on it and had the VS and it is awesome... Not a fad diet at all... It's about being healthy and getting your gut healthy

I had VSG a year ago and will complete my DS is Sept.  I use several plexus products.  My fav is plexus nerve.  I have a bulged disc and it pushes on my sciatic nerve.  I was taking 600mg of Gabapentin 3x's a day.  Now with plexus nerve I dont.
