B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries

Hi there! Let's see, I didn't eat popcorn until about 1 year post-op...too high in carbs. I had to break the popcorn habit and the diet Coke habit post op. Once the ketosis kicked in, many things I usually liked tasted really bad. Diet Coke and my home brewed coffee were terrible. I could drink decaf at restaurants and could drink the brewed coffee at work, just not from my drip coffee maker...go figure. Within the year my taste buds returned to pretty much normal. I still can taste the metal in canned soups. Crazy!
Protein coffee:
Brew a pot of your favorite coffee.
In a 20oz blender bottle with wire ball, add 3 to 6oz of 1/2 & 1/2 or almond milk or something creamy. To that add a heaping scoop of vanilla whey protein isolate protein powder and a dash of cinnamon. Cover and shake gently for 5 seconds or so. Pour hot coffee on top of the cold protein mixture, cover and gently tilt to stir.

Vites: missed lunch time batch
Fluids: 100 oz. (making up for yesterday's deficit)
