Pre-B - 2 protein coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 (60g)
S - regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn or peanuts
D - leftover stir fried chicken w/asparagus, mushrooms and bamboo shoots or ....?
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
walking and stairs...standing at the computer all day and a few leaning push-ups

Things should be getting back to normal, kids going home today so should be able to get back on track today for tomorrows check in, lol I can't do yesterdays, it was not so good

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Thanks, Noreen.  I'm constantly amazed at the strength of the military families--those that are left to endure after a spouse, parent, or child is taken away too soon.
