Pre-B - 2 protein coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 (60g)
S - regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn or peanuts
D - fish nuggets 
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
walking and stairs...standing at the computer all day and a few leaning push-ups

 Howdy everyone,

Decaf protein coffee
Turkey bacon
2 slices of Lebanon bologna
Decaf protein coffee
Salad w/ balsamic chicken, roasted red peppers, Swiss cheese
3 hush puppies
Handful of popcorn
Decaf protein iced coffee
2 hot dogs
Baked beans
Small wedge of angel food cake
Small scoop of ice cream
Vites: all in
Fluids: 90 oz.

We had a cook out at work with hot dogs, hamburgers, BBQ chicken, pulled pork BBQ....I chose not to post all I ate.
