Nice relaxing day.

Sunday bites:
Decaf protein coffee
Jimmy Deans sausage & egg biscuit. Ditched the biscuit
1/2 piece of rye toast w/ crunchy peanut butter & blueberry preserves
1/2 bacon cheeseburger
Few fries
Dairy Queen mini blizzard- NEVER again. Bloat and gas, OMG!!!
Leftover fried shrimp
3 mini hush puppies
Decaf protein shake
Vites: all in

ROFL!!!!!  Every once in a while my brain lacks any common sense and I make really bad food choices. Ordered a mini and only ate half. Sad, so sad.
