Pre-B - 2 protein coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 (60g)
S - regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - stir fried pork strips over salad
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
walking and stairs...standing at the computer all day and a few leaning push-ups

Starting the night shift tonight, so my schedule will be a bit different, and my Step daughter and family are coming to the city tomorrow for the week, so not sure how much I will get on, it is going to be busy, more grandchildren to play with

sausage, pot and corn

small strawberry sundae

Vites: all in

Exercites: 1 hour walk with hubby
