B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - chicken tenders
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
walking and stairs...standing at the computer all day and a few leaning push-ups

Exercites: none - called into work to work a late shift and had planned on a early evening walk
