Pre-B - 2 protein coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 (60g)
S - regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - tuna salad w/fresh tomato
S - popcorn
D - fish nuggets and coleslaw
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
walking and stairs...standing at the computer all day and a few leaning push-ups

It's only 8:30pm and I'm fighting to keep my eyes open. 

Bites:

Turkey bacon
Cheddar cheese
Leftover chicken/artichoke/mushrooms/roasted tomatoes
Slice of honey wheat bread appropriately buttered
Decaf protein coffee
Popcorn
3 chocolates
3 homemade chicken tenders
Cauliflower w/ cheese sauce
Decaf protein coffee
Vites: all in
Fluids: 90 oz.
