1/2 banana
protein shake
coffee
hamburger and a few fries
1 piece of watermelon
2 eggs/ 2 slices of bacon and 1/2 a waffle
Vites: all in
Exercites: running around with my granddaughter and her friend which are spending the weekend with me.
No stomach issue that were to bad last night, a bit of gas, but that was all, so maybe the stomach issues are better with the meds from the dr who knows. lol.

I hope the gluten thing is over or the med is working. Probiotics might help too.
