Pre-B - 2 protein coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 (60g)
S - regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - steak and salad
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
walking and stairs...standing at the computer all day and a few leaning push-ups

Sorry about the hit and miss posts, I just don't get on the computer everyday anymore.

Happy Thursday

Bites: for Wed

1/2 banana

coffee

protein shake

yogurt and berries

few nuts

chicken fingers and pasta

cheezies, a few

milkshake

piece of ham -canned ham

Vites: all in

Exercites: none, split shift and some other jobs I had to do between the split shift

So tried pasta Gina, same reaction to the bread, sick sick sick, bloated pain and gas. I went to the dr and he gave me pills for acid reflux, I'm not sure that is the real issue. So for now I will stick to the brown rice pasta it seems to sit ok.

So please wish me luck on the new food plan.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

My whole family enjoys brown rice pasta. There are a few good substitutes for wheat that work well. I also make pancakes with a gluten free version of Bisquick.
