S - regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S -
D - fish nuggets and coleslaw
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
walking and stairs...standing at the computer all day and a few leaning push-ups

Hi Everyone, just finished night shifts on Sunday night and will be starting evenings on Monday, so a bit of rest and back at it.

Bites: are different for today because of schedule

banana

protein shake

sausage and potatoes and carrots and brown beans

ice cream

sausage

a few cheezies and pop

Vites: waiting for bedtime yet

Exercites: 30 min walk around the neighborhood with hubby

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Put in my paperwork to take leave at my job. Can't wait to have my upper arm surgery.

Decaf protein coffee

1/2 ham & Swiss on rye w/ mayo & hot peppers
Few Bugles
Mini carrots
3 mini cookies
Peach Greek yogurt
2 meatballs
GF penne
Broccoli florets
Slice of garlic toast
Small scoop of ice cream
Decaf protein coffee
Vites: all in
Fluids: 90 oz.
